As part of Hertfordshire CAMHS transformation, our priority is simple: to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people. We are recruiting a Whole School Apporach Senior Practitioner to cover the East Herts MHST.
Driven by this goal and in line with NHS long term plans, we have exciting new opportunities for Supervisors to work at the forefront of innovation in Children's and Young Peoples Mental Health and to play an instrumental role in a forward-thinking service delivering interventions into schools and other settings in Hertfordshire.
This role is a chance to make a difference in young lives, and as such duties will include elements of whole school approach management, delivery and individual clinical activity.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Practitioner, solely focused on Whole School Approach, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic mental health service in a creative environment where evidence-based interventions, new ideas, ways of working and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged.
This approach requires flexibility, dynamism and above all a passion for working with children and young people in educational settings whilst also motivating, inspiring and supporting your team to do the same.
You will be responsible for operationalising the delivery of Whole School Approach and evidence based interventions within Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in schools and colleges whilst providing supervision for EMHPs.
Supervisors will be a graduate qualified health care professional with:
- Some level of formal CBT training (e.g. CYP-IAPT)
- Previous consolidated post graduate experience of working with young people with emotional and mental health issues
- Have completed the HEE Postgraduate Diploma in Education Mental Health Practice (with at least 18 months post-qualification practice)
In addition, candidates will have experience in delivering evidenced-based CBT interventions for mild to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety, low mood and behavioural problems to CYP both individually and in groups.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our team as a Dispensary Receptionist. In this role, you'll support the safe, accurate, and efficient supply of prescription medications to our patients, ensuring they receive an excellent standard of service.

The ESTHER Coach will work directly and exclusively in the PSEH Division whilst also delivering the role in partnership with the ESTHER Programme Lead.
The ESTHER Coach will support teams to establish, develop and sustain Esther Cafe's, creating safe and inclusive spaces where people using services, carers and staff can learn together from real experiences of care. The postholder will gather and share stories, identify themes and opportunities for improvement, and support services to translate learning into meaningful action.
Working under the leadership of the Chair of the PSEH User Engagement, Lived Experience & Co-production Sub Group and alongside the ESTHER Programme Lead, the postholder will help develop a network of ESTHER Champions across services and support the delivery of the wider ESTHER programme. They will act as a bridge between lived experience and operational teams, ensuring that people's stories, experiences and priorities remain at the heart of service development, delivery and improvement.
The role will promote collaborative working, continuous learning and person-centred improvement across organisational boundaries, ensuring that the voices of people using services influence how care is designed, delivered and evaluated.
A key part of the role will be co-chairing the divisional Service User Engagement and Co-production Subgroup alongside a staff co-chair. The postholder will also undertake visits to services across the division to promote engagement activity, support the development of Esther Cafe's and help teams use learning from people's experiences to inform quality improvement.
The postholder will work independently across a range of services, teams and care settings within the division. They will build constructive working relationships with service users, carers, staff and community partners to support meaningful involvement in service development, delivery and improvement.

Community Eating Disorders Service offers specialist outpatient care to those with moderate to severe eating disorder across Hertfordshire.

Cherry Tree Cottage is an Ofsted registered children's home operated through an integrated health and social care staffing model (HPFT and HCC Social Services) to care for children looked after. The home provides 3 beds for children with mental health presentations who may be repeat attenders at A&E /S136 suite or at risk of /or have had admission to Tier 4 provision (psychiatric inpatient unit).
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to join this innovative service as a Band 6 clinician working alongside social care colleagues at Cherry Tree Cottage. As part of an MDT, the candidate will work collaboratively with the Registered Manager, Team Leader, HPFT Clinical Lead, Consultant Psychiatrist, and other clinicians in the team with the planning, development, provision and review of an excellent, service-user focused service providing crisis containment and therapeutic support to children and young people with social and co-morbid mental health difficulties.
The home uses the ARC theoretical framework (Attachment, Regulation and Competency) and Non-violent resistance interventions and ethos in the provision to create a warm and nurturing environment to enhance wellbeing of the CYP. Training is provided and all workers are expected to work within this framework. The post-holder will work within professional guidelines and under the clinical and professional supervision of a Team Leader alongside the Registered Manager.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and innovative Speech & Language Therapist (SLT) to join the Norfolk Forensic Community Learning Disability (NFC-LD) team based at Little Plumstead Hospital.
The successful candidate will work as an influential and integral member of a diverse multi-disciplinary Learning Disability and Forensic team, working across a range of community settings throughout Norfolk with adults with speech, language and communication difficulties.
