Job summary
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, effective and compassionate podiatric care and supporting patients across Merton to improve their foot health, mobility and quality of life?
This is an exciting time to join our thriving Merton Podiatry Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Podiatrist to join us as we continue to develop our services and introduce new ways of working.
You will have the opportunity to develop your specialist skills through clinical rotations in areas including biomechanics, wound care and nail surgery, while providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including patients with complex and high-risk needs.
We are committed to your professional development, with access to training, learning opportunities and resources through the CLCH Academy, alongside opportunities for career progression and flexible working.
Our transformation plans include further integration with primary care, development of planned and unplanned care models, staff development and a greater focus on population health.
We welcome applications from experienced Podiatrists, as well as newly qualified Podiatrists looking for an exciting opportunity to develop towards a Band 6 Specialist Podiatrist through our service development pathway.
Main duties of the job
- Work alongside the Specialist Podiatrist, Clinical Lead and wider healthcare professionals to provide seamless, safe and high-quality patient care.
- Undertake specialist clinics as part of a clinical rotation and CPD programme, including Biomechanics, Wound Care and Nail Surgery clinics.
- Autonomously assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with a diverse range of medical and podiatric conditions, using appropriate clinical assessment and diagnostic techniques.
- Deliver specialist podiatric interventions including sharp debridement, local anaesthesia, calculation of maximum safe doses, nail surgery and the appropriate use of caustic treatments.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Nursing, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and consultant-led secondary care teams, including Rheumatology and Diabetes.
- Take an active role in planning and delivering health promotion, education and training across the service and Trust.
- Promote the Podiatry Service to healthcare professionals and the wider community to support appropriate referrals and access to the service
Please note: This role involves a mix of clinic and domiciliary work, and the successful candidate will be required to undertake visits within patients' homes and clinic settings.
We welcome applications from candidates seeking full-time, part-time or compressed working hours, and flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
About us
We are proud to be one of the largest community healthcare providers in the country, with more than 4,500 colleagues caring for over four million people across London and Hertfordshire. Every day, our teams bring their skill, compassion, and determination to the people who depend on us.

Our teams support children as they take their first steps in life, and they stand beside adults as they rebuild strength, confidence, and independence. Joining Central London Community Healthcare means becoming part of a community that lifts each other up. It means working in an organisation that values compassion, welcomes new ideas, and believes in the potential of every colleague. Your development matters here. Your wellbeing matters. Your voice helps shape the future of the care we provide.
We offer a competitive employment package because the work you do matters. At Central London Community Healthcare, you will join an inclusive organisation that invests in its people, supports development, and helps you thrive while delivering high-quality care.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of a modern data and reporting environment across London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Quality Manager to lead improvements in the quality, consistency and reliability of information used throughout both organisations. You will help ensure that data is accurate, trusted and fit for purpose, supporting excellent patient care, operational performance and informed decision-making.
Working within a complex healthcare setting, you will collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate teams to identify data quality issues, develop improvement plans and strengthen data governance practices. You will provide expert advice, monitor data quality performance and promote best practice across the Trusts.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and analytical professional with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident working with complex datasets, interpreting information and presenting findings in a clear and meaningful way to a range of audiences.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your expertise, influence positive change and make a measurable impact on the quality and value of information used across our organisations.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead initiatives within the Trust's Data Quality Programme, ensuring information recorded across clinical and business systems meets the standards required for patient care, performance management, statutory reporting and financial reimbursement. A key element of the role is promoting a culture where data quality is recognised as everyone's responsibility.
You will identify, analyse and resolve data quality issues across the organisation, developing effective controls, monitoring processes and reporting mechanisms to support continuous improvement. This includes producing regular data quality reports, undertaking root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventative actions to address recurring issues.
The role requires building strong working relationships with clinical, operational and corporate teams to understand how systems are used in practice, identify process weaknesses, and develop practical solutions that improve the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data capture.
Working closely with Digital, Business Intelligence, Clinical Systems, Training and Information Governance teams, you will support the development and delivery of organisation-wide approaches that embed good data quality practices, improve data literacy and maximise the value of the Trust's information assets.
