We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Activity Co-ordinator to join our team on Jade Ward.
Jade is an inpatient service supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. This is an exciting opportunity to provide meaningful, engaging and age-appropriate activities that support patients' development, wellbeing, confidence, independence and individual goals.
Main duties of the job
- Plan and deliver meaningful, creative and age-appropriate activities for children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Work closely with the ward team and senior Activity Co-ordinators to ensure activities are individualised and support each patient's goals.
- Encourage and support patients to participate in activities that promote confidence, wellbeing, independence and social interaction.
- Use excellent communication and engagement skills to build positive relationships and support patients to achieve.
- Develop, adapt and evaluate activities to meet individual needs, interests and abilities.
- Support patients to develop new skills and access meaningful occupation both on and off the ward where appropriate.
- Work with other teams and external organisations to create varied and interesting opportunities for patients.
- Use IT systems to support activity planning, delivery and record keeping, and develop resources for the ward.
- Contribute to risk management and identify and report any concerns relating to patient safety or wellbeing.

Main duties of the job
The Senior Recovery Mental Health Worker will provide focused support and interventions to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties within the Urgent and Crisis Team. They will work collaboratively with service users, carers, clinicians and external agencies to ensure individuals receive appropriate support, signposting and follow-up care.
Key duties include acting as the second practitioner alongside a clinician during crisis assessments, providing information relating to recovery-focused goals, social circumstances and practical support needs. Job summary
The role of the Clinical Administrator within the Primary and Community Mental Health service is an integral part of the whole administrative function and will provide an effective and efficient support service to the multi-disciplinary staff team(s), performing particular tasks and duties as directed by the Team Administrator/Admin Coordinator and Operations Manager.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physical Health Support Worker position within the South Community Mental Health Team based at East Glade.
The successful post holder will work with individuals receiving care from Sheffield Community Mental Health Services, providing support and regular contact to promote recovery, improve wellbeing, and address physical health needs.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will receive support and supervision from the Clinical Team Manager, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, and Physician Associate. They will work autonomously within the community, managing a caseload of service users and delivering care in line with agreed care plans.

Main duties of the job
Undertake physical health assessments and monitoring for service users, including venepuncture, blood sampling, ECGs, and routine physical health observations such as blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and BMI. This will include monitoring associated with clozapine and lithium treatment, as well as individuals prescribed antipsychotic medication, including high-dose antipsychotic therapy. The post holder will also complete QRISK3 assessments where appropriate.
Communicate the outcomes of physical health screenings and assessments to GPs and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
Provide health promotion interventions, including advice on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation, and general wellbeing.

Job summary
We are advertising for a Consultant Urological Surgeon post at MSE Hospitals with Broomfield Hospital as the base site. We are looking for a consultant urologist confident in robotic renal surgery and also to carry out general urology duties, including on-call. An additional interest in paediatric urology is desirable.
The Urology service across MSE Trust has redesigned its services to offer a better patient pathway and align pathways. It is under a single clinical and management structure. Since April 2023, emergency urology admissions occur only at the Southend or Chelmsford sites. Both sites run a 1:12 prospective on call commitment with 24/7 middle grade cover. This runs on a consultant of the week system whereby elective activity is stopped during the on call week. Our Southend site is also the regional complex Urology cancer centre with two Da Vinci Robotic systems. Both sites have da Vinci robot systems. Paediatric urology is based at Basildon and Broomfield. We coordinate renal cancer surgical cases via a weekly planning meeting and the renal surgical specialist MDT.
We currently offer an emergency lithotripter service with a combined Southend/ Broomfield rota. Both sites offer ureteroscopic stone surgery with local and combined complex benign MDTs. Current BPH treatments offered include HoLEP, TURIS TURP, Rezum, UroLift and PAE.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a consultant urologist confident in robotic renal surgery and also to carry out general urology duties. An additional interest in paediatric urology is desirable.
This post would suit a CCT or CESR holder for a substantive position and be within six months of award of their CCT, or a clear plan to obtain it.The purpose of this post is to increase capacity for robotic renal surgery and to support the renal surgical team. The successful candidate is also expected to take part in all departmental activities, including on-call, audit and teaching. The current consultants will provide mentoring as required.
The post holder would be expected to participate in on call commitments and undertake emergency procedures.
The post holder will also be expected to participate in professional medical responsibilities and training of the junior medical staff.
The consultants are the senior members of the Trust's medical team, and in this role, they have responsibility for providing a complete urology service, as well as training and education to the junior medical and other staff, as required.
Consultant medical staff are expected to be involved with the General Manager and Clinical Director in the compilation, implementation and monitoring of the business plan for the urology service.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for either a newly or recently qualified B7 Clinical Psychologist looking for a post with potential career progression to join the Isle of Wight Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) under a Preceptorship development programme (the progression to a Band 8a would be subject to the successful completion of required competencies to a satisfactory trust standard).
We would also welcome applications from Band 8a Clinical Psychologists. Based on relevant experience, the post can be offered as a B7 Preceptorship arrangement or Band 8a.
You will deliver specialist psychological assessments and therapy, for individuals, groups and families as well as consultation to other professionals. You will be working with an established psychological team that operates within a wider multi-disciplinary service to deliver a range of therapies including but not exclusive to CBT, systemic therapy, psychotherapy, creative therapy and EMDR.
There are many and varied opportunities for personal development and clinical specialism within the role. Examples of such opportunities include training as a clinical supervisor, lecturing or becoming a personal mentor through our links with the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Course at Southampton University, undertaking leadership training and qualifications with the Trust Leadership Programme, and undertaking clinical research through linking with NHS research groups.
Main duties of the job
Your post will be to deliver psychological interventions and deliver group interventions and trainings. You will support the Consultant Psychologist in developing psychological thinking within the team and undertaking service development and quality improvement projects. You will lead new psychological initiatives within the service and actively grow the psychological skills of other team members. You will provide clinical supervision to Assistant Psychologists, doctoral trainees and/or qualified Psychological Therapists.

The Gastroenterology team currently manages a substantive bed base of 24 beds at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary with a consultant led service on a 1 week rotational basis (10). The out of hours on call for Gastroenterology & GI Bleed is also currently a 1:10.
Applicants must be on the General Medical Council Specialist Register or within six months of being admitted to the Register for trainees if in a training programme within the UK. Howden Medical Centre is looking to appoint a part-time medical receptionist to work Wednesday PM, all day Thursday and Friday AM. The successful candidate would also be required in addition to this, to provide cover for colleagues sickness and holidays.

The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by members of the Practice reception team may include any or all of the items in the following list. Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Practice Manager, dependent on current and evolving Practice workload and staffing levels:
- Opening up/locking-up of Practice premises and maintaining security in accordance with Practice protocols
- Ensure building security have a thorough knowledge of doors/windows/grids/alarm
- Maintaining and monitoring the Practice appointments system
- Processing personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits, telephone consultations and queries, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional
- Understanding practice procedures and explaining these to patients as well as the different ways they can access the service
- Understanding and maintaining knowledge of other healthcare services to which you can navigate appropriate patients and relaying this information to patients where necessary
- Registration of new patients, change of patient details and deductions

An exciting opportunity to work within an innovative and friendly SET CAMHS West team. We are looking for an experience clinician to support the development and implementation of a range of NICE interventions for the SET CAMHS West team The post holder will work with the CAMHS Manager and Clinical leads to help support the delivery of psychological support and share clinical oversight across the service. Working alongside other colleagues in SET CAMHS in order to provide an in-depth comprehensive assessment of the childs, young persons, and familys functioning where there is a constellation of high dysfunction and severe and highly complex mental health problems in the family. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to teams through-
- Providing efficient and competent business support services, responding to tight timescales, using a full range of Microsoft Office, and other relevant, applications.
- Supporting the Community Health Teams with administration of business as usual, projects and programmes
- Developing and maintaining confidential operational systems and processes
- Supporting the strategic programme management function with the Business Unit and wider organisation
- Providing reception cover over a number of sites across North and South Kirklees.

Job summary
We are looking for an organised and reliable Clerk Typist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. You will provide a comprehensive clerical, typing and clinic coordination service, supporting the delivery of high-quality care for children, young people and their families.
Key duties include managing appointments, providing administrative and typing support, coordinating outpatient clinics, maintaining accurate patient records and undertaking data entry using a range of systems, including WPAS. You will also provide reception cover for outpatient clinics as required, ensuring a professional and welcoming service for patients, families and visitors.
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to provide cover across CAMHS sites within the Cwm Taf Morgannwg locality as directed by the line manager. Strong organisational, communication and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to Caldicott principles is essential. You will be expected to work in accordance with Health Board policies, procedures and standards, contributing to the delivery of a safe, efficient and patient-centred service.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately under pressure.
Main duties of the job
The post holder must have excellent communication, verbal, non-verbal and organisational skills to ensure that they can respond to unexpected situations.
The post holder should ideally have previous relevant office experience, preferably in a hospital/clinical environment.
Organise own daily workload.
Preparation of patient files in accordance with service guidelines.
Data input accurate information onto WPAS. All appointments are sent out on a daily basis.
The post holder will ensure all investigation results are filed in the appropriate medical file and are available for review by the team as and when required.
Provide non clinical advice directly to patients and carers during telephone conversations.
To maintain medical/clinical records in accordance with the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University.
To adhere to guidelines, policies and procedures of the Cwm Taf University Health Board.
To be responsible for ensuring correct patient demographics for data entry on to WPAS and personally generated information.
