Join our friendly and dedicated Cancer Services team at Frimley Park Hospital, where you will play a vital role in helping patients navigate their cancer care journey, ensuring they receive timely, coordinated and effective care.
Our busy Cancer Services department works closely with tumour-specific Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) to support patients from referral through to treatment. As a Cancer Pathway Coordinator, you will be at the heart of this process, helping to ensure patients progress through their care pathways within nationally agreed timescales.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who enjoys working collaboratively, solving problems and making a positive impact.
You will take responsibility for tracking and coordinating patients throughout their cancer pathways, proactively identifying potential delays and working with clinical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating patient pathways
- Monitoring cancer waiting times
- Supporting MDT meetings
- Maintaining accurate data
- Working collaboratively
- Driving improvement
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for documenting and monitoring patients' cancer pathways to ensure accurate information is entered into the Cancer Tracking Database (Somerset Cancer Register), read and interpret clinic letters to determine patients' next steps, and escalate any delays in the pathways.
- Attending MDT and PTL meetings.
- Recording MDT outcomes as required.
- Provide cover to other MDT Co-Ordinators during periods of annual leave.
- This post does not have any line management or budgetary responsibility.
- The post holder will work as part of the Multidisciplinary Team's (MDT's) to ensure Cancer patient and carer experience is central to every stage of the patient journey.
- The post holder will ensure the MDT meetings run effectively, are well structured, all cancer patients discussed and the whole patient journey recorded on Somerset Cancer Register, including Cancer meetings.

Main duties of the job
As part of our ongoing service , the Blood Sciences Department in Ysbyty Gwynedd is looking to appoint a part time band 3 Medical Laboratory Assistant.
This is a key role in the organisation, complementing the expertise of other experienced Scientists & Science Assistants and will be part of a fast paced laboratory diagnostics service.The successful candidate will need a basic knowledge of laboratory services and be able to demonstrate a capacity to learn and develop with a drive to deliver an excellent service for the benefit of the community we serve; committed to ensuring that our patients are at the heart of everything we do. With strong team working skills, you will be able to demonstrate the values that are important to us, communicating well; working supportively with colleagues; focusing on delivering a quality service and treating others with respect and dignity.We believe in accountability, but we also believe in shared responsibility - so you'll have plenty of peer support too.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join the Merton District Nursing Service.
Working as part of the wider community nursing team, you will support the delivery of high-quality, safe and personalised care to housebound patients in their own homes. Main duties of the job
Your main duties will include delivering a range of delegated clinical interventions and providing holistic, person-centred care to housebound patients in their own homes. You will work under the direction of registered nurses and use a range of clinical skills within your level of competence.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the service. You should remain calm under pressure and have good IT skills to support accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
The Merton District Nursing Service provides care to patients with a wide range of health needs within the community. The service works closely with GPs, hospitals, hospices, social care and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and support patients to remain safely at home.
You will be fully supported by the wider District Nursing team, with opportunities for ongoing learning, competency development and continued professional development.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medicine team as a Data Co-ordinator. The post holder will be responsible for the prompt collection of complete, accurate and reliable data to the relevant databases within Medicine.
The successful individual will require excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with highly confidential patient information. Along with an advanced level of administrative and organisational skills.
The post holder will provide a co-ordinating role for Central to ensure compliance with national database submissions and ensuring validation of data quality. In order to contribute to the delivery of a safe and efficient service, the post holder will co-ordinate results and ensure accurate and timely completion of databases and reports to meet national deadlines.
The post holder will be required to work closely with identified senior clinical staff and become involved with relevant meetings.
In addition the post holder will provide administrative support to the team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will join and contribute to a dynamic and busy Medical Team. They will be responsible for the prompt collection of complete, accurate and reliable data to the relevant databases within Medicine.
The post holder will be required to work closely with identified senior clinical staff and become involved with relevant meetings. In addition the post holder will provide an accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies

As a Speech and Language Therapist Specialist Practitioner you will be responsible for providing a community clinical service. The service sees patients in their own home, in clinics and in Community Hospital inpatient settings. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to manage the locality caseload as needed. You will be highly motivated and forward thinking.
In return, we welcome ideas of change that could contribute to creating a better service for people living with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties. We offer CPD opportunities, regular supervision and peer supervision.
The Specialist Speech and Language Therapist role is a part-time role of 26.25 hours a week. Our service embraces flexible working and we support a hybrid model of working both from home and in office.

Main duties of the job

Develop skills and knowledge of working with patients with AAC.
Attend regular local speech and language therapy meetings with a strong bias to CPD.

Job summary
The appointment is for a Consultant in General Surgery within our friendly and well-established Surgical Specialties Division at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. We have an exciting opportunity for a Dentist to join our Dental Education Facility in Truro.
The post holder will provide high quality NHS dental services in a multidisciplinary and innovative clinical environment. Priory Hospital Southampton is looking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist. This is a permanent position, ideally full-time (37.5 hours per week) with part-time and job-share arrangements also considered.
Set within beautiful, landscaped gardens, Priory Hospital Southamptons tranquil environment offers therapeutic and recovery-focused residential treatment for those suffering from a number of mental health conditions.
The hospital has 31 mixed gender adult acute beds across 2 wards, as well as a 13 bed Eating Disorders ward and an Eating Disorders day hospital, all of which care for NHS patients.
The hospital is well-established and holds a CQC rating of Good. One of our acute wards is accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrist Quality Network for Working Age Adults, and we are aiming for the other ward to achieve accreditation this year.
We have a long-standing partnership with the local NHS Trusts, and relationships with commissioners and neighbouring NHS services are strong.
Main duties of the job
You will join the team on the Sandpiper Ward, which is an 18 bed mixed gender adult acute inpatient ward. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
The successful applicant will:
- Provide consultant psychiatric care for up to 18 inpatients, undertaking comprehensive assessments, leading ward rounds and delivering high-quality, patient-centred treatment.
- Provide clinical leadership for the ward, leading multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, supporting effective decision-making and ensuring safe, recovery-focused care.
- Supervise and support the Specialty Doctor, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to promote clinical excellence and professional development.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the service through participation in clinical governance, audits, senior management meetings and service improvement initiatives, while building strong relationships with NHS partners and commissioners.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Therapist (0.4818 WTE) to join the team at the Perry Tree Centre Intermediate Care Unit within our North Locality P2 Bed service.
This post will work alongside the existing Band 7 therapist in a job-share arrangement. Ideally, the successful candidate will work on the days when the current Band 7 is not on site, ensuring consistent leadership and support across the service.
The Inpatient Therapy team supports Discharge to Assess pathway and the role is crucial to ensure Therapy teams receive the clinical support and leadership to facilitate discharge and maintain Length of stay .
This is an exciting time to join the Perry Tree Centre. The service currently provides up to 64 intermediate care beds across two floors and plays a key role in the ongoing reconfiguration of our locality-based care model.
The Centre has recently been at the forefront of innovation, including the introduction offalls technology within the service. There is also on-site support from the Occupational Therapy Lead, providing excellent opportunities for multidisciplinary working and professional development.
The team works collaboratively across both wards and is currently involved in a significant transformation programme with our local authority partners.
Main duties of the job

You are invited to apply for the position of Team Secretary for DECLO Services. The successful applicant will join a small team that will collaborate to ensure that BCUHB implements the health elements of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (ALNET) Act (2018). The Act concerns children and young people aged 0 and 25 years.
The team works with services across BCUHB and in partnership with Local Authorities, Schools and Further Education Institutions in North Wales.
Main duties of the job
Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the DECLO and the Project Manager.
- Providing administrative support for duties relating to the ALNET Act (2018) and ensuring these are processed and shared, as required.
- Using Microsoft 365 including email, word, excel and TEAMS.
- Although this is a full-time position, Part-time / Job Share options will be considered provided the needs of the service can be met. The role offers the potential for hybrid working.

We are seeking dedicated, motivated qualified professional to join us in University Hospital Lewisham - Theatres. As a key member of the team, you will deliver high standards of perioperative care, and have the ability to support multidisciplinary team to facilitate excellent patient care in the operating theatres.
You must be a Registered Nurse or have an ODP qualification with a proven record within the perioperative. In return for your hard work, we offer well-established, structured mentoring and staff development packages to support you in your role.
The post holder will be accountable and responsible for providing a high standard of patient focused individualised care, with an evidenced based practice focus. They will be expected to carry out aspects of patient care without direct supervision in all service specialities. They will be able to communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the effective running of the theatre / department. Utilising the principles of the national framework and local strategy of Clinical Governance and other national initiatives, they will participate in action on improvements in patient care. The post holder will carry out all duties in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) Codes of Conduct, HCPC and Relevant Trust policies.

To assess, plan implement and evaluate care of patients from admission to discharge using an integrated care pathway (ICP) or the nursing process.To assist anaesthetist / surgeon / with emergency / elective procedures in all hospital departments as required.

To maintain effective channels of communication with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team involved in providing care.
To understand the principles of clinical governance and the impact on patient care, i.e. audit and evidenced based practice.
