Is so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join us on the PANDA Unit as a paediatric staff nurse.
On the PANDA unit we are a dedicated team who work together to provide excellent treatment and care for unwell and injured children in the Emergency Department at Salford Royal Hospital.
We are passionate about delivering safe, clean and personal care for the patient and their family as well as ensuring a positive work environment where staff can thrive. If you have the motivation and the ability to work in a challenging clinical environment as well as being committed to delivering outstanding patient care, we would like to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a variety of emergency situations
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, triage, and treat patients
- Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies
- Contribute to a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Prior A&E or acute care experience is desirable (but not essential - full training provided!)

We are seeking positive, proactive and enthusiastic staff to join our existing teams in the ongoing development and expansion of our urgent care services across Harrogate ED and Ripon UTC.
Working as a UCP you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical care in the management of patients presenting with minor injuries and illness. Acting within your professional boundaries you be responsible for leading and supporting delivery of the minors stream services across both Harrogate and Ripon sites. You will will work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team and partner organisations to ensure seamless and timely care and the best possible patient experience.
Main duties of the job
- Responsibility for providing unscheduled care in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment of patients presenting with undifferentiated minor injury and illness
- Initial assessment and onward referral of acutely unwell patients

We are seeking a Band 5-6 Dietitian to join our supportive team on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week.
You will be providing specialist community dietetic care to adults receiving enteral nutrition in their own homes or care settings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in home enteral nutrition (HEN) while working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Nutrition Specialist Nurses and acute care colleagues.
As this is a developmental role, it is suitable for a newly qualified dietitian who would be supported to work through objectives with an aim to progress to a B6 level. If you already have relevant experience, this role could be offered as a B6 role.

Job summary
The Hepatology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will play an integral role in the development of a quality driven service to all patients at/or admitted to THHFT with Liver disease. The CNS has a leadership role within the Trust and is responsible for the development of innovative nursing practice within Hepatology. The post holder is expected to facilitate the development of other nurses to benefit patient care and to be an educational resource to all members of the Trust wide multi-disciplinary MDT regarding practice provision of care. The CNS will help to promote and co-ordinate a seamless pathway of care for patients with liver disease, from diagnosis through to treatment and outpatient management.
The post would be Band 6/7 dependent upon experience. For Band 6 applicants, Band 7 would be applied when the post holder undertakes clinics independently, with supervision.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve independently screening patients for liver fibrosis using Fibroscan (training provided), carrying out comprehensive face to face and telephone assessment of patients and providing health education to patients and their families/ caregivers through supervised, nurse led clinics. The post holder will manage a caseload of a range of patients with liver disease and will be expected to work independently within the remit of their role, education, support and supervision will be provided. The CNS will be required to liaise closely with members of the MDT to progress patient care and maintain safety at all times. High quality IT skills are essential for this role to assist with data collection, audit, analysis and potential opportunity to present data at regional and national meetings.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking to appoint a Specialist Grade in Radiology with aninterest in Breast and/or Gynaecological Imaging to join andstrengthen our established and highly regarded Radiology team. The Elective Care Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for managing defined projects that support the delivery of the commissioning and performance elective care services. - Manage the team's project support function, including business planning, reporting, risk and issue management, forward planning and delivery of projects and workstreams. The Eating Disorder intensive Service is a community based service, offering an alternative to inpatient care for those acutely unwell with an Eating Disorder.
We work closely with the paediatric team to ensure the physical and mental health needs are met for all our young people.

Job summary
The post holder will work as part of the Babies, Children and Young People Division providing admin support to the Community Children Nurses team. The role is to help support the overall work of the team and support all teams with admin tasks and projects, as well as liaise with the school teams.
Main duties of the job
To ensure all patient appointments for clinics and home visits (CCN's) are booked in accordance with Trust and departmental procedures. Work proactively to achieve high levels of patient attendance in clinic. Maintain accurate waiting and caseload lists to ensure all patients are seen for first and follow-up appointments in a timely manner - escalating as necessary.
Arrange the nurses training schedule for school / nursery staff, carers and holiday clubs. Support the production of accurate and timely service data. Use the data to ensure the smooth running of the service. Be an expert user of the Trust's PAS to carry out the above tasks and support other staff. Support the overall work of the team and provide cover for colleagues as required.
