Join our Estates Engineering Team and play a pivotal role keeping our Trust's critical services running 24/7. You'll be tackling Planned Preventative Maintenance, emergency breakdowns and installations across multiple sites.

Main duties of the job
What You'll Do
- Operate on a day shift you will be actively responding to breakdowns and job requests.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and fault-finding on generators, fire alarms, lighting and power, distribution boards, boilers, air-handling units, chiller plant, medical gas systems, calorifiers and hot & cold-water networks
Undertake maintenance, improvement and minor capital works on all facilities across the Trust.
- Evaluate and respond effectively to emergency situations, prioritising safety for patients, staff and the public
- Conduct and document your own risk assessments for medium and high-risk tasks
- Ensure strict compliance with Trust policies, statutory standards and health & safety legislation

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Ladybird Nursery for a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated Nursery Carer to join the team on a permanent basis.
If successful you will join our friendly Ladybird nursery team and help provide high quality childcare within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, whilst creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children to play, learn and develop.
The post is part time, 4 days per week, (30hours)
You will hold a recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification or above and have experience of working within the Early Foundation Stage.
Located in the grounds of the hospital, Ladybird Nursery is available to staff at the hospital as well as the public and cares for babies and young children under 5. If you are interested in the role and believe you hold the qualities, we require then apply today!

Job summary
This new post was created to help reduce our waiting list for children with Learning Disabilities and their families. The post will be based within our small and dynamic team dedicated to this client group and will work closely with colleagues in social care, family support, special schools and health services. This team has an Assistant Psychologist and supports trainee clinical psychologists from the University of Surrey. We have a newly developed Family Therapy clinic accessible to this client group and also provide behavioural interventions, ACT interventions, psychoeducation and support to the network.
Main duties of the job
The Emotional Health Service (EHS)is a dynamic and progressive multi-disciplinary team of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists, Systemic Psychotherapists and Art Psychotherapists. This role is based in our small team dedicated to children with Learning Disabilities at Moor Lane in Chessington. We have other teams at Richmond (Twickenham base), and Kingston (Chessington and Kingston based) and work closely with our colleagues in Early Help, Social Care, Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) and Education. We have a strong sense of team and work together to support children and young peoples emotional wellbeing. We also work to prioritise the wellbeing of the staff team. As a Mental Health Clinicianfor EHS you will be passionate about improving the mental health of children and young people and putting them at the centre of all you do. You will be part of a team and be afforded many different opportunities to use your skills, including undertaking consultations, delivering interventions, working alongside schools and partner agencies and delivering training.

We are looking to recruit a band 5 community occupational therapist to join our team. We are a specialist eating disorders team working with children and young people (CYP). The team is made up of OTs, mental health practitioners, psychiatrists, children's nurses, dieticians and social workers
We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with an interest in CYP, eating disorders to join our team. You will work with CYP and their families in their own homes, and the community providing 1:1 intervention to promote occupation and functioning. The team have a range of therapeutic groups, and you will also be involved in facilitating the running of these groups
Experience in children and young persons services would be advantageous but is not essential. We welcome occupational therapists who want to begin working in this specialty.
You should be able to demonstrate considerable mental health skills and knowledge. An experience of working with Children and Young people facing eating difficulties is desirable, this can be transferrable skills from prior clinical experience
The team is based between Airedale Health Centre in Castleford and Drury Lane Health Centre in Wakefield. However you will work in different community settings across the Wakefield District and the 5 towns. Being a car driver is essential due to the potential distance required to travel when completing home/clinic-visits.
Main duties of the job
As part of the role you will be responsible for the assessment of young people presenting with difficulties associated with eating disorder. You will hold a caseload within which you will deliver evidence informed care to assist the young person and family through recovery.
The successful candidates will need to develop good working relationships with key professionals across the district; therefore excellent communication and engagement skills are essential. A commitment to improving service delivery and developing new ways of supporting children, young people and families experiences is crucial to work within the wider CAMHS team. In return we will provide a comprehensive induction programme, regular clinical and management supervision.
The service operates Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm however successful applicants would be expected to have the flexibility to work occasional extended hours to facilitate service effectiveness.
Applicants must be caring and non-judgmental to engage CYP and their families at this extremely sensitive time. Applicants must have excellent clinical skills, confidence and enthusiasm for working with CYP partner agencies in networks that extend beyond traditional specialist mental health boundaries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse with the relevant skills and experience to work as a band 7 Specialist Palliative Care Nurse , based in our friendly, supportive team based in West Norfolk.
The Community Specialist Palliative Care Nursing PLACE teams are based at locations across Norwich, North, South and West Norfolk providing expert clinical palliative and end of life care for patients in their own homes and care facilities.
The successful candidate will work across 3 duties as a specialist palliative care nurse: triage, community visiting and call handling; providing advice to professionals, patients and their families or carers on the palliative care advice line. The advice line operates from the coordination centre at the new purpose-built Priscilla Bacon Lodge, in Colney, as well as from the base of your working base/Place when appropriate.
The teams work as part of the wider Specialist Palliative Care Service which includes a consultant-led specialist inpatient unit, a therapy team a Psychological family support team and a Day Therapies service.
We are proud to work closely with our Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity colleagues who support patients with enhanced care such as complementary therapy, bereavement support, music therapy and more.
Main duties of the job
You will have your own caseload of patients within west place (West Norfolk) and will work closely with colleagues in community nursing and therapies teams, urgent and Supported Care, hospice at home, the acute palliative care team and GPs/Primary Care, to clinically manage palliative and end of life care patients safely in their own homes.
As a part of your role you will provide clinical leadership and support to our Associate Palliative Care Nurses and expert advice and psychological support to patients, carers and other healthcare professionals as part of a daily clinical team working on our advice line.
Our Band 7 Specialist Nurses are also expected to act as Non-Medical Prescribers and we support team members to undertake a relevant post-registration training course if required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated midwife to join ourWomen's and Children'sGovernance Team as a Patient Safety Midwife with lead responsibility for the Perinatal Mortality Review Tool (PMRT) process.
This is a substantive 15-hour-per-week role working across our maternity services. The post offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with a combination of on-site working across both hospital sites and working from home, according to service requirements.

Main duties of the job
A rehabilitation assistant in a multi-disciplinary team is expected to work with other health and social care professionals to develop the ethos of multi-disciplinary, integrated care and seamless services ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest possible standard.As a rehabilitation assistant reporting to a registered health professional, the post holder will implement rehabilitation plans for patients in the community and other settings, observe the patient's condition, providing direct care with a rehabilitation and therapy focus. This may include supporting patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
Flexible working will be required to meet the needs of the patient group.
The ability to work over 7 days is a requirement of the post. The hours of work will be on a rota covering a shift pattern between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Job summary
The post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred acute frailty care within the Humber Virtual Frailty Ward, working closely with the Community Frailty Hub to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and support safe care in patients usual place of residence. The role involves autonomous and multidisciplinary working to assess, treat, and manage patients with acute frailty-related deterioration, including falls, delirium, mobility decline, deconditioning, medication concerns, and exacerbations of long-term conditions.
Responsibilities include completing frailty assessments and Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGAs), developing timely management plans, making safe clinical decisions in line with NICE and GMC guidance, and coordinating rapid community interventions. The post holder will provide senior clinical input to virtual ward MDT discussions, support admission avoidance and early supported discharge pathways, and assist with proactive escalation and advance care planning, including ReSPECT and Treatment Escalation Plans.
Working across primary care, community services, secondary care, ambulance services, mental health, social care, and voluntary organisations, the role supports a no wrong door approach to integrated frailty care focused on recovery, independence, and preventing unnecessary hospital attendance. The post holder may also contribute to clinical governance, audit, service evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North Cumbria Physiotherapy Service as a highly specialist Physiotherapist leading our stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation Team at the Cumberland Infirmary
You will provide highly specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients following a range of neurological conditions, while developing and delivering a high-quality rehabilitation service. As team lead, you will support and guide physiotherapists to ensure excellent patient care and smooth progression along the rehab pathways.
You will work closely with the in-patient MDT and collaborate with the Stroke Rehab Team at the West Cumberland Hop, as well as Community Neuro Physio and ESSDT teams, to provide coordinated and effective rehabilitation.
Main duties of the job

Lead and support the neurological rehabilitation physiotherapy team. Develop and monitor high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services. Department Core Purpose
The core purpose of the Pharmacy Department is to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines to improve patient outcomes and support high quality clinical care.
As a key member of the pharmacy leadership team, the Deputy Lead Pharmacist contributes to this purpose by providing expert professional and operational leadership across all aspects of pharmaceutical service delivery. With centralisation of pharmacy services across the BCHC and CRMP footprint, the Deputy Lead Pharmacist plays an integral part in supporting this core function of service delivery and patient safety.
Main duties of the job
Please note, this role will be based at both Cowley Road Medical Practice and Banbury Cross Health Centre. There will be an expected split of service delivery over both sites.
The Deputy Lead Pharmacist plays a key leadership and operational role within the Pharmacy Department, supporting the Lead Pharmacist in the strategic and day-to-day management of pharmacy services. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and high quality pharmaceutical care across BCHC and wider PML, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, medicines optimisation, and regulatory standards.
The Deputy Lead Pharmacist will provide expert clinical and professional advice, lead designated service areas or projects, and act as deputy in the absence of the Lead Pharmacist. A key element of the role will be supporting patients with long-term conditions. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join Jurassic Coast Primary Care Network on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
The post holder will work directly with multidisciplinary teams across our member GP practices to improve clinical effectiveness and person-centred outcomes, supporting GPs and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care through the rational and safe use of medicines.
The role will include both face-to-face and remote patient contact, alongside liaison with colleagues in community pharmacy, care homes, secondary care and other health and social care services.
The successful candidate will work as part of the wider PCN pharmacy and multidisciplinary team, delivering a broad range of clinical pharmacy services including medicines optimisation, structured medication reviews, long-term condition management, medicines reconciliation, medicines safety and support for patients with complex polypharmacy.
A key element of the role will be supporting patients with long-term conditions. The post holder will hold long-term condition clinics and, where appropriately qualified and working within their scope of competence, make adjustments to treatment regimens. Experience in areas including type 2 diabetes, lipid management and hypertension would be particularly desirable.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team within primary care and providing a patient-facing clinical pharmacy service.
- Undertaking clinical medication reviews and Structured Medication Reviews for patients with multimorbidity and polypharmacy.
- Implementing prescribing changes, where appropriately qualified and within scope of practice, and arranging relevant monitoring.
- Supporting long-term condition clinics, including medicines optimisation for conditions such as hypertension, lipid disorders and diabetes.
- Reconciling medicines following discharge from hospital, intermediate care and care homes, identifying and resolving discrepancies and supporting continuity of medicines supply.
- Supporting patients with questions, concerns and queries regarding their medicines.
- Working with patients, GPs and other healthcare professionals to minimise medicines-related risk and reduce avoidable harm.
- Supporting the identification and management of patients at increased risk of unplanned hospital admission or medicines-related harm.

The successful candidate will be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council and will have strong therapeutic and clinical knowledge. An Independent Prescribing qualification, or relevant prescribing experience, is highly desirable.
Experience of working in primary care or general practice would be beneficial, alongside experience of medicines optimisation, clinical medication review and long-term condition management. Experience of supporting the management of type 2 diabetes would be particularly desirable but is not essential.
The post holder will be required to travel between Jurassic Coast PCN member practices, including Barton House Medical Practice, Ammonite Healthcare Partnership and Lyme Bay Medical Practice.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Housekeeper at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Shrewsbury. This position is to work in the Endoscopy Unit.
We are hoping to recruit into a 22.5 hour position working over a 7 day week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Housekeeper who will work as an integral part of the team ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment at all times.
Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work under non-direct supervision, prioritising your own workload. It is necessary to have a flexible approach within this role and be able to respond appropriately to the demands of an ever changing workload.
You will need excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with and helping patients throughout the working day. You will also be required to communicate with all levels of staff both face to face and over the telephone.
The post holder will be expected to take ownership of the stock levels within the department, to include ordering of stock. You will also be required to maintain a high level of cleanliness within the department.
Main duties of the job
Recent experience in cleaning duties and use of chemicals and equipment is essential along with an awareness of health and safety as you will be working in a demanding environment. You are also required to be IT literate. Previous experience with stock control and the use of oracle is desirable.
Applicants with previous experience in a health care setting are desirable, however, you will need to demonstrate commitment to developing yourself to support the nursing team in caring for patients and ensuring the patient experience is positive.
The post holder will provide non-clinical support to the unit team carrying out tasks assigned to the individual under the supervision of Registered Nurses.The essence of the role is to assist in maintaining as safe and clean working environment for patients andstaff, to support the nutritional needs of patients, and to ensure that stocks and supplies are kept at adequate levels within the ward environment.The post holder will have autonomy in the ordering of stores, the reporting of faults and the initiation of works as required ensuring safe and smooth running of the Ward.The post holder will attend necessary meetings, feeding back relevant information, action within own scope and share responsibilities with Senior staff to enable them to delegate to the appropriate person.

Job summary
Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) is the national NHS screening programme that is currently delivered within Cheshire and Merseyside (C&M) aimed to facilitate earlier diagnosis for patients considered to be at high-risk of developing lung cancer.
Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital are the Single Point of Access (SPA) provider for Cheshire and Merseyside.
Eligible participants aged between 55-74 who smoke or have ever smoked will be invited to a lung health check with a lung specialist nurse/nurse associate who will assess and provide lung health advice; the results of the assessment will be used to calculate a person's individual lung cancer risk score. Anyone at high risk will be invited to have a low-dose CT scan.
The aim of the programme is to deliver a service that supports and facilitates the early detection and treatment of lung cancer and to improve the respiratory health of the population.
The Administrators will be responsible for providing administrative support for the LCS programme. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team they will schedule appointments/invitations adhering to programme timelines, be a point of contact for participants, provide call handling services, and provide the nursing team with administrative support to ensure outcomes are issued in line with key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
The role will require a flexible approach, and the candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering to tight deadlines.

- Provide essential information and administrative support to participants attending Lung Health Checks, ensuring accurate and timely appointment scheduling in accordance with programme standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and empathy during all participant interactions, particularly during call handling duties.
