Main duties of the job
As a Band 6 Health Visitor, you will join HCRG Care Group's team within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services. This role involves making significant contributions to the health and wellbeing of children and families across Wiltshire by delivering the 05 Healthy Child Programme. You will lead and deliver a proactive health visiting service, collaborate with colleagues and partner organizations, and play a vital role in safeguarding children. Responsibilities include being the public health lead for the health visiting skill mixed team, managing a caseload autonomously, and developing professional relationships with families and partners.

Main Responsibilities:
- Public health lead for the health visiting skill mixed team within the defined population/locality area. Delivering the universal reach of the Healthy Child Programme, assessing health needs, and identifying and implementing appropriate interventions for a personalised or targeted response utilising the skills of and delegating to the skill mix team in an outcome-focused context.
- To take responsibility for the outcomes of the children within the defined population and collaborate with key partners to address identified public health needs.
- Develop and foster effective professional relationships and networks with families and other key partners.
- Provide families and children 0-5 with a service that promotes their physical, mental, emotional health and wellbeing. This will include partnership working with other agencies.
- To promote health and wellbeing through the universal reach of the healthy child programme and signposting. Referring/introducing to partner agencies as required.
- To contribute to multi-agency early support assessment of children and families and take on lead professional role where appropriate.
- To co-manage a caseload within a team of other health visitors acting autonomously and taking responsibility for the outcomes of those allocated for assessment, intervention and management.

The ideal candidate will have -
Essential:
- Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification
- Current NMC registration on third part of the register
- Experience in leading and working in health visiting teams
- Experience in leading interventions to improve outcomes and safeguard children and families
- Qualification in practice supervising/assessing for nurse learners
- Working knowledge of the tools and programmes used in health visiting to improve outcomes for children.
- Car driver and use of car for work
- Ability to work with electronic health records and with IT systems
Desirable:
- Qualification in leadership and innovative practice
- Experience in line management and developing teams
- Experience of presenting policy and outcomes to commissioners and partners
- Experience of goal setting and managing interventions to meet outcomes
- Experience in leading complex health needs requiring safeguarding and multiagency processes

Main duties of the job
As a Consultant Psychiatrist at HMP Chelmsford, you will become a critical member of the Mental Health Team, working within a Category B prison and Young Offender Institution for adult males aged 18+, located in Chelmsford. The role focuses not only on delivering patient-centered care but also on service development and clinical leadership. Youll take the lead on safe and effective prescribing, contribute to key clinical decisions through MDT discussions, and ensure care is evidencebased and aligned with NICE guidance. Main duties of the job
You will take responsibility for ensuring that all medical equipment is clean and well maintained and liaise with the domestic supervisors and staff to ensure cleaning is of a high standard. You will play an essential role during work hours, ensuring the ward is patient friendly, waiting areas are well maintained for public use. You will support the nursing team to ensuring patients and visitors are supported to access the ward timely, responding to phone calls and queries. You will take responsibility for ensuring the department has adequate equipment and stock.
In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the team in continuous quality improvement work by undertaking audits on the Department. The role also entails keeping ward information boards up to date, and friends & family feedback is maintained.
You might already have some experience in a similar role and good communication skills are a must. You must be able to empathise with and consider patients as you go about your duties, you will have an organised and positive approach to ensure the takes at hand are carried out in a timely, effective manner. You need to be dynamic in your approach, and willing to learn and be able to work well within the team and independently.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inpatient CAMHS service at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital within the CAMHS Division. The job involves working in a dynamic, comprehensive and specialist MDT, under the supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and the Clinical Psychology team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates would hold a good Honours Degree in Psychology (at least Class 2 Division 1), have a good knowledge of developmental and abnormal psychology, a clear understanding of psychological theory and interventions, and experience in working with children presenting with psychological problems.
The post is to provide support to qualified clinical staff, taking a role in direct assessment and interventions as well as undertaking audit and evaluation. The Assistant Psychologist will be supervised by a Clinical Psychologist. They will have the opportunity to learn about how psychological services are offered to children, young people and their families, as well as gaining experience of Child and Adolescent Mental Health service delivery more generally. They will gain experience of psychometric assessment, individual clinical work, group-work, multi-disciplinary team and multi-agency working . They will also learn about inpatient CAMHS work and many topics very relevant to psychological interventions and assessment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft applications is required for this post in particularly in databases

Job summary
This is a 6month locum post which is being advertised with a view to finding a suitable candidate to fill existing vacancies within the Department of General Surgery. The post is for a Locum Consultant in General and Colorectal Surgery. The unit provides elective and emergency general surgery, benign upper gastrointestinal, general and sub-specialist colorectal surgery. Minimally invasive surgery is well established within our surgical service.
This post will maintain the efficiency and capacity of the Directorate of General Surgery and will include day case operating at Trafford General Hospital. Emergency and Elective General surgical services are undergoing re-organization/transformation across MFT. The post holder will be expected to accommodate their sessions to fit into the new service. The employing Trust is Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT).
Main duties of the job
Applications are sought from candidates who will help deliver General Surgery in both emergency and elective settings. The appointee will join the current team of surgeons where there is a tradition of support for Consultant colleagues. There is an established habit of "mentoring" new colleagues.
The unit currently runs a 1 in 11 consultant of the week duty rota, responsible for emergency admissions. We also have an established Surgical Ambulatory Care Receiving Unit (SACRU) run by Advanced Care Practitioners supported by Consultants on a rota.

You will work alongside the HR Business Partner and the wider HR team in the provision of a high quality strategic and operational people management support service to ensure best practice people management.

Main duties of the job
To support the Specialist Hospital Clinical Group Director of Workforce & OD in the provision of a high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within their areas of responsibility and across the wider workforce function.
To take responsibility for designated portfolios of work that support the delivery of the overall Workforce and OD agenda.
To deputise for the HR Business Partner as required.
To liaise with other Workforce colleagues to maintain effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed and to facilitate cross-cover of Workforce services.

We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity to come and join our team at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.
We offer 4 month rotations covering a diverse array of specialty areas: surgery and ICU, medicine, elderly care, musculoskeletal out-patients, orthopaedics, neuro-rehab, acute stroke, paediatrics and women's health.
A 24/7 on call respiratory service and weekend service is provided by the department, which you will be expected to take part in.
Each unit provides excellent support and all run regular in-service training programmes. We operate a buddy system to provide you with additional support. We have a well-developed performance review system in place with regular appraisals during rotations completed by senior staff.
The Trust is nationally recognised as delivering outstanding care and the Therapies service is fully focused on delivering the trusts ambition to continue to enhance this excellent work.
We attract Physiotherapists from all over the country and internationally.

Job summary
NHS Talking Therapies Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - Band 5* pending confirmation of passing training
We are an established and friendly service looking for an enthusiastic PWP seeking variety, new experiences and autonomy.
Clinical caseload for a full time PWP: 7 x assessments, 19 x treatments. Job plan will also include screening referrals.

Main duties of the job
You will support the psychological care of clients accessing the service. Clinical duties include:
-screening referrals -assessing clients to determine their needs and suitability -offering a range of treatment options (e.g. GSH and groups)-clinical administration-liaising with healthcare providers to support onward referrals.
You will work with clients through a variety of means (telephone, online and face to face)
Opportunities to hold a champion and supervisor role (one-year post qualification)
You will support people from different cultural backgrounds, ages and use interpreters as needed. You will be passionate about providing equal opportunities.
You will work autonomously, following a plan agreed in line management and in accordance with service policies and procedures.
We are committed to supporting you with regular CPD, supervision, daily debrief/duty and weekly safeguarding debriefs.
You will be based in The Isleworth Centre (team base) and other sites in the London Borough of Hounslow at least two days per week.
You will work at least one late shift (12- 8pm, Mon- Thurs).
