An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Psychologist to join the Selby CAMHS team.
Supervised by a Clinical Psychologist, the successful candidate will work alongside supportive, innovative and collaborative multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality and timely evidence-based care to young people in the community.
Applicants must have a degree in Psychology and be eligible for graduate membership of the British Psychological Society

Main duties of the job
The post holders will be involved in supporting the provision of psychologically informed care and psychological interventions through direct and indirect clinical activities. This will include attendance at multidisciplinary meetings, contribution to psychological assessment and formulation, developing support plans, non-pharmacological interventions, groups and evaluation of outcomes.
We have a commitment to staff development and have an excellent track record for developing our psychology workforce. Successful candidates will have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate empathy towards our client group.

We are a successful, supportive and established Talking Therapies service providing psychological interventions for people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety disorders and/or depression. The service currently has a position available for qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners who will provide high volume, low intensity interventions.
We are looking for PWPs to work across our service. The North team covers Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and East Northants and are based at Willowbrook Health Centre in Corby. The South team covers Northampton, Daventry and Towcester and are based at Lotus House in Northampton.

Main duties of the job
As a qualified PWP, you will have a key role to perform in the service we provide to people across Northamptonshire. Using your clinical expertise, you will assess the suitability of new referrals through telephone assessments and provide short term, low-intensity interventions via telephone, online and face-to-face appointments. You will work closely with Step 3 and Step 4 colleagues and external services, to support safe onward referrals and step-ups, at all times maintaining and advocating for patient dignity, confidentiality and inclusivity.
As part of your day to day duties, you will:
- conduct interviews to assess and support the patient's needs
- facilitate 1:1 interventions to support patient's meet their goals
- design and run group therapy sessions and webinars
- signpost patients to other helpful services
- keep accurate and up to date patient care records
- support and train other healthcare professionals

Summary of the Role:
The Catering Assistant role is to support both regeneration chefs and other catering assistants in the provision of a highly professional catering service within the retail services at Darlington Memorial Hospital both within the Retail restaurant and Coffee Shop.
This role would be expected to follow the duties laid out by the Retail Service Supervisor/Manager in the day to day retail services to both staff and visitor and to ensure that a high quality and cost effective service at all times in a courteous manner.

We're looking for dynamic and motivated Band 5 RMN to Work in an Acute Setting , currently at the Centralised Health Based Place of Safety, mixed gender assessment unit at Priority House, Maidstone. Job summary
The post holder will provide nursing input into the eating disorders day treatment service.
The post holder will work with the wider MDT to provide monitoring and specialist nursing to patients with a diagnosed eating disorder within the day treatment service. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Therapy Support Worker to join our Parkinson's Therapy MDT team at NUH NHS Trust on a permanent, part time basis.
The role will be 22.5 hours Monday to Friday. Cover on a Wednesday will be required until 8pm to support group work in an off site location within Nottingham. The successful candidate will also be required to join a rota system to cover weekend and bank holidays. .
You will work under the supervision and guidance of registered therapists within the multidisciplinary team to provide therapy assessment and rehabilitation to patients with Parkinson's disease in an OP setting. This will be a mixture of individual appointments and group sessions and will support the work of the registered staff in the team across Physio, OT and SLT.
The majority of the work takes place at city campus but you will be expected to be able to work at both sites and potentially in community settings to meet service needs as required.
Main duties of the job
You will mostly work alongside a registered therapist in an OP setting providing an integrated rehabilitation approach which includes exercise therapy, mobility intervention, functional transfers , falls prevention, equipment provision, mental health work including anxiety management, being able to promote safety, wellbeing and independence within essential activities of daily living as well as gathering information from patients, relatives and carers. You will also be required to provide speech and language rehabilitation and support. There are numerous groups occurring during the week that will require support worker attendance.
You will need excellent communication skills to work with our patients, their relatives and carers and with the wider MDT.
You will have non-clinical responsibilities such as data collection, equipment management and stock levels as well as other admin and housekeeping duties.

This is a key role in developing and maintaining high standards of care for women and birthing people who are developing, or at risk of developing mental health problems in pregnancy and the early post natal period. Undertake all the duties associated with the role of a General Practitioner required by the GMS contract, including patient consultations, duty doctor cover and home visits. This should take in to account physical, psychological and social factors when diagnosing illness, treating diseases, tending to injuries and recommending treatment. Work in accordance with the Practice rota system in place.
Collect, record and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports and examination results. Information is recorded on the practices clinical system and this information should be recorded accurately, using templates and read codes and in a timely manner. Comply with all the objectives of the GMS Contract, QOF targets, ICB requirements arrangements
Work in accordance with Practice clinical procedures and protocols. All work within the practice is governed by protocols and procedures alongside other additional governance requirements from outside organisations
Request, perform and/or interpret tests and records, reports and examination information to assist in diagnosis of patients condition. Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination and other appropriate medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease or injury. Monitor patients condition and progress and re-evaluation and/or change treatments as necessary
Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners appropriately, when necessary and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures for referral
Promote health education in conjunction with other health care professionals and have an awareness of the local health and social issues.
Complete all allocated and self-generated clinical administration.
Carry out clinical audits as appropriate.
Completion of reports for solicitors, insurance companies and other third parties as required.
Liaise with other health care professionals when required, including support to the nursing team during minor illness clinics
Act in a way that protects the confidentiality of patients and maintains the integrity of the patient/Practice relationship. This includes compliance with the Practices Confidentiality Policy and Caldicot guidance.
Recognise the importance of effective communication within the team and communicate effectively with team members, patients, their carers and other colleagues and health care professionals.
Take an active role and contribute to Practice meetings where appropriate.
Support the compliance of the Practice Health and Safety policy. Work safely at all times in accordance with legislative and practice policies and procedures.
Participate in the GP revalidation and appraisal scheme. Maintain portfolio of continuing professional development activities.
Maintain medical knowledge and skill level in line with your Personal Development Plan and for the safe delivery of clinical care within the Practice.
Keep up to date with medical developments, medication and treatments.
Attend Practice training sessions as appropriate and required.
Work safely at all times in accordance with Legislative requirements and Practice Policy and Procedures.
Undertake any other duties requested by the Partners or Practice Manager within professional and general competence.
