Main duties of the job
As a Primary Care Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
- Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference

We are looking for a Nurse or Midwife Practitioner to join the clinical team within our Finsbury Park unit in London. You will work part-time, 29.5 hours per week over Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. More details can be found in the further information section below.
About the role
As a Nurse or Midwife Practitioner you will provide high quality clinical care to our clients across a range of BPAS reproductive healthcare services including termination of pregnancy, STI testing & treatment, contraception & vasectomy. You'll be involved in all stages of the client pathway from consultation through to treatment & will work in all areas of the unit including theatre & recovery. This role will involve providing treatment & clinical information to clients both in person & over the phone.
About You
You will be a Registered Adult Nurse Level 1 or Midwife (practising) with active NMC registration and PIN. You'll have clinical practice experience of at least 12 months & have a keen interest in sexual health & reproductive healthcare. Clinical knowledge & experience of safeguarding and Fraser/Gillick competencies are essential for this role.
You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills and you will be adept at caring for clients in a compassionate & empathetic way.
Main duties of the job
- You will work in accordance with NMC guidelines for Professional Practice & the wider regulatory frameworks of the Abortion Act 1967 & Health & Social Care Act as well as BPAS clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the client understands her options in relation to the pregnancy &, if choosing termination, meets the ground of the Abortion Act.
- Provide information on STI Testing, undertake tests and provide results and also discuss, inform and confirm the clients future choice of contraception.
- Carefully check for and implement any procedure indicated on client case notes, including administering medication for Medical Abortion procedures or cervical preparation.
- Carry out post treatment check-ups by assessing the physical condition of the client and discussing any concerns

Birchwood Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a 4 session salaried GP to join our friendly practice team providing a high quality service to our 11,000 patients under the ARRS framework.
This role is ideal for a recently qualified GP looking to develop their career in a supportive environment. In line with NHS England's ARRS guidelines for 2026/27 the successful applicant:
- Must not have been substantively employed as a General Medical Practitioner in a Core Network Practice of the PCN at any point in the previous 12 months.
ARRS roles are recruited to support East Warrington PCN which comprises 3 GP Practices. Each Practice employs ARRS staff, however on occasion the PCN may experience a short staff supply and therefore to ensure business continuity, you may be asked to work across the other practices within the PCN to ensure a fair allocation and ensure business runs smoothly for our patients. The AAA Screening Programme Manager will provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the North East and North Cumbria Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Programme. Job summary
This role will lead the implementation, improvement and development of medical e-Rostering across the Trust, ensuring the programme is delivered in line with agreed objectives, governance arrangements, timescales, benefits and service requirements. The post holder will provide project, business administration, service improvement and development expertise, translating operational requirements into practical delivery plans and embedding sustainable business-as-usual arrangements.
The post holder will work with clinical, operational, corporate and external stakeholders to support change, standardise processes, strengthen governance and improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of medical workforce services.
They will act as a key point of contact for medical e-Rostering, providing specialist advice, guidance, reporting and escalation support to ensure workforce issues, risks and opportunities for improvement are identified and addressed.
The post holder will support Medical Workforce issues, including queries relating to medical and dental terms and conditions, rota compliance, working patterns, job planning alignment and workforce processes. They will work closely with other members of the medical workforce service to provide accurate advice, identify themes and risks, support consistent decision-making and ensure issues are escalated and resolved in line with Trust policy, governance requirements and best practice.
Main duties of the job

Job summary
This role of Specialist Mental Health Practitioner for Primary Care is fundamental to the development and leadership of innovative new teams and integrated mental health services based within networks of GP Practices (PCNs). The role promotes and provides early assessment, treatment and improved access to evidence-based interventions for people with SMI. Those with mental health needs that exceed the access criteria for IAPT and do not meet the access criteria for secondary carePeople with serious or significant mental illness (SMI) who are in recovery and relatively stable in secondary care mental health services who could be cared for within primary carePeople with SMI who are eligible for an annual health check and medication review and improved access to physical health interventionsYounger adults with SMI (18-25years) particularly those transitioning between children's and adult servicesThose diagnosed with, or presenting with traits of, personality disorder who will benefit from enhanced support across primary care through the MHICS team
Main duties of the job
As part of a small team, the postholder will:
- Contribute to delivering and co-developing the primary care mental health service model. This includes care pathways for the provision of integrated physical and mental health care in a designated Primary Care Network within Oxfordshire.
- Work as part of the MDT to support and advise the Primary Care Team in triage, assessment and treatment of patients needing mental health support.
- Accept referrals direct from primary care via an agreed route, promote early assessment / treatment, and ensure robust relationships and links with other community-based services.
- Work with adults (18+) with severe / significant mental illness, whose mental health needs can be best met within primary care and whose difficulties are best understood within a biopsychosocial model.
- Work closely with colleagues in specialist community mental health services to ensure smooth transitions between teams and services and facilitate an 'easy in, easy out' approach to improve access to evidence-based interventions.
- Work closely with, and provide day to day support and guidance to, the primary care navigator role, connecting people to appropriate community and voluntary sector support.

Main duties of the job
Your role will be to support the School Aged Immunisation team in organising, managing and delivering the school-based immunisation programme in all schools.

The Pharmacy Automation Coordinator will play a key role in the management, maintenance, and optimisation of automated systems within the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Pharmacy Department and wards.

Working closely with Pharmacy, IT, and clinical teams, you will support system improvements, training, troubleshooting, and compliance with regulatory standards to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
The role involves investigating automation incidents, ensuring robust governance, accurate supply of medicines and continuous improvement. Whilst maintaining high professional standards in line with legal, professional, and organisational requirements.
As a line manager you will lead, supervise and support a team of Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants and Porters within distribution, taking responsibility for recruitment, induction, appraisals, rota planning and managing performance and attendance to deliver a high quality, patient focused service.
Main duties of the job
Maintain distribution SOPs, specifically those associated with automation. Ensuring the SOPs and policies align with Trust objectives, national guidance, and regulatory standards.
Create and manage distribution staff rotas and keep HealthRoster records up to date (leave, sickness, etc.).
Coordinate day-to-day distribution workflow with the Pharmacy Procurement, Homecare and Distribution Lead Technician and Procurement and Distribution Senior Technician.
Provide professional leadership, and training on automation to the wider pharmacy team.
Use effective communication to allocate tasks, resolve queries and influence to support a safe, efficient team environment.
Ensure continuous service development and optimisation of intelligent storage systems within the Trust, through completion of audits and review of governance
Be the main link between Pharmacy, ICT and suppliers for the role out of new automation devices and software.

As a Band 6 District Nursing Sister with the CSP qualification within the Evening and Overnight District Nursing Service for Central Manchester you will provide high quality, autonomous nursing care to patients in their own homes. Additionally, they will thoroughly assess risk; formulate safe and effective risk management plans and document and communicate these clearly and concisely. Specialist Occupational Therapy interventions will be applied utilising specialist assessment and evaluation tools drawn from the Model of Human Occupation. Awareness of current policies and practice in this area is essential.

The Ward housekeeper will work as an essential part of the ward team under the direction/guidance of the Sister/Charge Nurse or his/her nominated deputy. North Cumbria Community Children and Young People's Services
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced admin candidates to join our busy administration team. We currently have vacancies for a full time 37.5 hrs per week Band 3 Administration Officer, a part-time 30 hrs per week Administration Officer and a part time 22.5 hrs per week. 1 Based in Lillyhall, Workington & 2 at the Carleton Clinic, Carlisle.

Job Purpose
The Operations Manager Workforce is responsible for providing operational oversight of workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training compliance, workforce administration and safe staffing across Clinical Services.
This role works closely with Operational Managers, Service Coordinators, HR, Finance and communications colleagues to ensure administrative and clinical staff are effectively recruited, inducted, supported, trained and deployed to meet service needs across 24/7 services.
The role provides oversight of workforce gaps, supports the coordination of rotas and staffing solutions, maintains compliance with mandatory requirements, and contributes to the continuous improvement of workforce systems and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Escalate workforce gaps through the daily meeting (huddle).
- Provide direction to Service Coordinators to support safe staffing levels, and escalate unresolved workforce, operational or emerging risk issues to Senior Service Managers, or Associate Directors in their absence.
- Develop effective relationships with Clinical Services teams, GP Practices, HR, Finance and other key stakeholders.

Job Purpose
The Operations Manager Workforce is responsible for providing operational oversight of workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training compliance, workforce administration and safe staffing across Clinical Services.
This role works closely with Operational Managers, Service Coordinators, HR, Finance and communications colleagues to ensure administrative and clinical staff are effectively recruited, inducted, supported, trained and deployed to meet service needs across 24/7 services.
The role provides oversight of workforce gaps, supports the coordination of rotas and staffing solutions, maintains compliance with mandatory requirements, and contributes to the continuous improvement of workforce systems and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Escalate workforce gaps through the daily meeting (huddle).
- Provide direction to Service Coordinators to support safe staffing levels, and escalate unresolved workforce, operational or emerging risk issues to Senior Service Managers, or Associate Directors in their absence.
- Develop effective relationships with Clinical Services teams, GP Practices, HR, Finance and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate workforce administration and respond to workforce support requests, producing reports and workforce data as required.
- Lead recruitment activity for Clinical Services vacancies, ensuring processes are timely, compliant and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation reviews and workforce documentation for new starters.
- Maintain oversight of mandatory training, appraisal compliance and workforce records, escalating issues where appropriate.

- Contributing to a robust audit schedule to support operational processes, reporting into operational, clinical and performance governance forums as relevant but with specific oversight of Clinician Note Audits and their results to ensure the quality and safety of the clinical workforce.
- Ensure teams working in service areas are supported operationally and professionally where appropriate, providing a focal point for the workforce with queries relating to workforce management.
- Provide leadership and prioritise workflow and operating systems for the operational administrative team. Ensure systems are in place to record and report on patient and other data, ensuring good information governance and patient confidentiality.
- Provide reports monthly and bi-annually in line with clinical governance reporting, quality and safety management and culture, and data analysis of area of responsibility.

A vacancy has arisen for Dental Core Trainee year 2 / LAS posts based within the Community Dental Service of the Cardiff and Vale locality.
