Job summary
The Digital Implementation Lead is a key member of the Division's Digital Team and will work with all groups across the Division to develop a culture that sustains excellence in the successful delivery of Digital projects.
The post holder will be responsible for the project management and implementation of elements of the Trust's Division of Specialist Care Digital Programme, in adherence to Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trusts (CW) ICT strategy. This includes responsibility for multiple cross site projects working with Digital Operations, Innovation, Performance and Information Teams, using PRINCE2 project management methodology and other relevant standards as appropriate.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will manage projects within time, budget and scope tolerances, ensuring congruence and alignment with other projects and service development initiatives. The post holder must at all times ensure consistency with the aims and requirements of internal and external bodies, for example senior clinicians, end users, NHS bodies and user groups, and third party suppliers.
The post holder will be expected to be a champion of the use of project information systems within the organisation in support of service development and clinical governance.
The post holder will be responsible for the development and maintenance of project documentation related to the project and at times may be required to work on or assist with other projects.

Job summary

Hospiscare has been supporting people in Exeter, Mid and East Devon with terminal illnesses for over 40 years. Our services include support at home, a specialist palliative care ward, out-patients clinics, and supportive therapies.
We support close to 2,200 local people each year, in some of the hardest times possible. As a local charity, we raise around £10 million each year to continue to provide our care. Job summary
We are looking to recruit one full time or part time fixed term (12 mths) administrator into the Specialised PD Probation Service at AWP. Specialised PD, otherwise known as OPD, is a large, community based, multidisciplinary team that has developed innovative approaches to working with high-risk offenders with Personality Disorders. These service users are seen by the National Probation Service in Avon, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire and OPD covers the caseload within these areas.
As a service we cover Probation Offices based in Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Swindon, Chippenham, Salisbury, Gloucester, and Cheltenham. In addition, we cover 3 Male & 1 Female Approved Premises in Bristol, and 1 Male Approved Premises in Gloucester.

Main duties of the job
To support the clinical delivery of community OPD by completing, supporting, and advising on administrative processes including the processing of service user contact forms, diary management, booking of consultations and clinical meetings, sending of letters to service users, updating spreadsheets and NHS and Probation Service specific patient record systems, minute taking, and attendance to a range of meetings.

Main duties of the job
- Lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of construction projects across the NHS Blood and Transplant estate.
- Work with stakeholders, project initiators and project managers to define project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Job summary
The psychiatry of learning disability team is an integral part of the Leeds Learning Disability Service, providing mental health input and consultation for adults with a learning disability across Leeds. Children with a learning disability are the responsibility of community paediatric and CAMHS services.
This 0.9 WTE replacement post forms part of an established group of 3 (2.9 WTE) consultant psychiatrists within Leeds who work with adults with a learning disability. The post is advertised as substantive or with the option for a fixed term role up to 23 months by agreement. Please specify on application if you wish to apply for a fixed term Trust locum role. The supporting medical staff across the Leeds Learning Disability Service currently consists of 2 core trainees, 3 Specialty Doctors and a less than fulltime GP. A 0.5 WTE Speciality Doctor with CCT in LD supports the post holder. Leeds also has three funded higher specialist trainee posts for the psychiatry of learning disability. Main duties of the job
This is a community based LD post based at Asket House in Seacroft. The main duties are to provide senior medical input into the assessment and review of the mental health of those with LD across the East and North East of Leeds. This includes holistic assessment, ongoing review to prevent admission, liaison with stakeholders, communication with family and carers and working as part of an integrated MDT.

Job summary
We are looking to appoint to a 10 PA substantive Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery post and a joint 50/50 appointment between Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (STH) and The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust (TRFT). The employment contract will be held with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job
The appointee will, together with consultant colleagues, be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive, effective and modern Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service, practicing the full remit of the specialty whilst recognising special regional and national specialist arrangements, e.g., Cleft/ Craniofacial Services.
The successful candidate will work flexibly and co-operatively with other members of the team to provide a high quality, comprehensive service within this teaching hospital environment. They will be required to cover for colleagues during planned and unexpected periods of absence and will have continuing responsibility for patients in their care and the proper functioning of the department.
The successful candidate would be expected to work with existing OMFS consultants to manage the OMFS general and trauma service. It is also anticipated that the successful candidate will work with regional colleagues to develop the trauma and orthognathic service across South Yorkshire.
A draft weekly timetable has been drawn up showing the expected distribution of time in the job plan. The draft timetable (outlined below) may be subject to change in consultation with the appointee.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the Clinical Trials Team at Royal Oldham Hospital and Fairfield General Hospital in a Pharmacy Clinical Trials Assistant role.
You will be provided with support from members of the clinical trials team within the role and are expected to be an active member of the team and also work on your own initiative. An interest in clinical trials and research is required but previous experience within a related role is not essential.
Main duties of the job
Experience of dispensing prescriptions within a hospital pharmacy setting and in the process of or already completed an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent is essential.
Within the role, you will facilitate monitoring visits by external clinical trial sponsors and ensure quality of pharmacy site files are maintained in preparation for monitoring visits. Deal with clinical trial stock, in regard to patient returns, expired stock and destruction of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) appropriately, following clinical trial procedures. You will be responsible for temperature monitoring of IMPs across sites and ensuring any excursions are managed appropriately and efficiently. You will need to respond promptly to receive deliveries across the three sites of the North East Sector of the Northern Care Alliance. To help improve the clinical trials service, you will be involved in audit data collection and reporting.
An important aspect of the role will be to train dispensary-based staff on the background and procedures for dispensing clinical trial prescription. You will need to be meticulous in recording and updating clinical trial related data.

Main duties of the job
The UCR/VW team aims to deliver holistic assessments and interventions to individuals who are at risk of hospital admission within their own home within 2 hours of referral to the service. The post holder will work in the Urgent community response team and Virtual Wards to assist in the prevention of inappropriate hospital admissions and the facilitation of hospital discharge in line with the overall objectives of the service.

CONNECT is a national, award-winning specialist service for adults with eating disorders and is part of LYPFT. The service began treating individuals with eating disorders in 1978 and was previously known as the Leeds Eating Disorders Team and more recently the Yorkshire Centre for Eating Disorders (YCED). The service is the largest eating disorders service in the north of England and provides specialist eating disorders services across the West Yorkshire region, being at the forefront of innovative research. Our vision is wedded to recovery from eating disorders and we aim to assist those who use our services to return to a state of health and wellbeing and promote independence and improved quality of life. Our priority is the people who use our services, and we aim to provide a comprehensive and flexible clinical service that will meet and treat the needs of individuals with eating disorders. We believe that quality of care is dependent on the collective commitment and expertise of the team, including service users and carers, and we have a commitment to developing new treatment techniques and to actively pursue research interests.

Main duties of the job
The Trust is seeking a community-based consultant psychiatrist to join the CONNECT service. The post was developed as part of the expansion of existing eating disorders services to significantly reshape both in-patient and community services for adults with eating disorders across the West Yorkshire footprint which has a collective population of 1.98 million people spread across a wide geographical area and has arisen due to retirement of the previous post holder. This service development has provided an opportune moment to join and lead a new and exciting community-based adult eating disorders service and the successful applicant will support the Clinical Lead and wider MDT in implementing and evaluating the new service model in line with NICE (2017) and MEED (RCPsych, 2022) guidelines.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Services at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 3 Dispensary Support & Customer Support Assistant. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be based at the inpatient pharmacy reception, acting as the first point of contact for queries from nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job
As a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, high-quality, and patient-focused ward-based pharmaceutical service at the Denmark Hill (DH) site.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and timely medicines support throughout their care journey, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes and patient safety.
You will support the delivery and development of ward-based medicines management services across a range of clinical specialties on a rotational basis. Responsibilities include medicines reconciliation, assessing patients' own medicines, transcribing medicines, counselling patients, supporting medicine returns, and coordinating discharge medicines, including dispensing TTAs on wards and in dispensary.
You will also support the induction and training of pharmacy staff , while gaining valuable leadership experience through line management of a Pharmacy Support Worker.
The role includes supporting dispensary services, including dispensing activities and accuracy checking. We are looking for a registered Pharmacy Technician who has achieved, or is working towards, the Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a dynamic team environment.

Cygnet Afon Las (Corwen, Denbighshire)
Cygnet Afon Las is a brand-new, 15-bed neurocognitive service for men, scheduled to open in early 2027. The service will provide specialist assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and longer-term support for individuals with complex and enduring neurocognitive needs who may be unable to access more traditional neurorehabilitation services or live safely and independently within the community.
Individuals may present with long-standing acquired brain injury, cognitive impairment, dementia or other neurodegenerative conditions, sometimes alongside complex physical health needs. Some may also have complex risk histories, including previous offending, and may be subject to Ministry of Justice restrictions.
Afon Las will provide a structured and therapeutic hospital environment in which individual needs and risks can be safely supported. Referrals may be received from a range of pathways, including community, neurosurgical, neurorehabilitation and custodial settings.
Through interdisciplinary working, the service will maximise person-centred outcomes, occupational participation, independence and quality of life, while keeping each individual at the heart of their care and rehabilitation.
