An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Urgent and Emergency Care Department at Warrington and Halton Hospitals.
This post will be to support the Clinical Business Unit/ Care Group in data validation of Emergency Department activity and performance Data.
The primary responsibility of the post holder will be to ensure that all Emergency Department activity and performance validation is completed within agreed timescales.
This will require validation, interpretation and updating of Electronic Patient Records, circulation of Trust performance position.
Main duties of the job
- Validate Emergency Department activity and performance data.
- Daily usage of excel and internal systems to support reviewing patient documented journeys, accessing relevant systems in line with SOP
- Where relevant, to update patients Electronic Patient Records according to any new information received from services and clinical staff.
- To ensure daily completion and submission of Emergency Department performance sitreps within the dictated timescales, to support the Clinical Business Unit/ Care Group.
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within the Trust ensuring that professional, efficient and courteous service is provided.
- To ensure confidentiality and security of data in accordance with organisational requirements and in line with the Data Protection Act.
- Completion and support of audits of validation processes for Emergency Department activity and performance data as directed by the CBU Senior Team.
- Retrieval of data from specific systems within Trust at the request of senior staff.
- Attendance in meetings relating to Emergency Department reporting data. Participating in suggestions for changes/ improvement.

Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant you will assist in the delivery of high quality nursing care to patients in prison with the support of a registered nurse.
You will be providing physical care to patients according to a written care plan. This will include taking blood pressures, ECG's, other observations and wound care.
You will be actively engaging with patients in the provision of holistic, needs-led care which will consider the physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the individual.
You will be promoting health and well-being through the delivery of health promotion activities and programmes, responding to patients needs and assisting patients to attain optimal physical health.

We are a service working with children and young people with complex mental health needs. Main duties of the job
If you're successful in your application, you'll perform quality assurance measurements on ultrasound equipment in hospitals and health centres throughout the region, liaise with sonographers and other clinical employees in those hospitals and health centres and, together with more senior colleagues, prepare draft reports for the users of the equipment.
For appointment at Band 4, you'll need a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a science, engineering or radiography-related subject, together with additional training to diploma level or equivalent.
In addition, the job involves frequent travel to other hospital sites, so you'll need a current full UK driving licence and a willingness to drive.

The main responsibilities of the role are maintaining levels of cleanliness throughout a designated area, and provide a catering service on the wards.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Ensuring that the ward/area you are assigned to is cleaned in accordance with the work schedule for that area. This will include lifting items and operating cleaning machinery, some of which is industrial standard
- Undertaking specialist cleaning as required under the guidance of the Facilities Supervisor and/or Nurse in Charge and/or Infection Prevention Department
- Assisting with the distribution of meals to wards
- Plating up of meals, ensuring the dietary requirements of patients are met
- Making and distributing hot drinks and cleaning and refilling water jugs

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Pre-Assessment team, currently implementing some exciting changes to expand the service.
There are 2 full time roles available. You will be expected to work in both of the pre-assessment clinics within the hospital. North West Ambulance Service is looking to recruit a part-time, permanent Rostering.
Coordinator based in Carlisle, as part of the Cumbria and Lancashire Area Rostering Team.
Main duties of the job
You will have responsibility for resource planning ambulances and rapid responsevehicles, by the advanced allocation of daily shifts for operational ambulance personnel ensuring effective cover of all resources.
Facilitating short notice cover for absences, which can occur with less than 24 hours' notice, using overtime and bank colleagues.
The management, maintaining and recording of staff hours/shifts on to the global rostering system including planned shift hours, overtime, annual leave, requests for special leave, sickness absence and training.
You will be required to work in partnership with the other rostering co-ordinators sector administration officer and Senior Paramedic team in the sector to ensure cover for all contingencies as required.
To ensure effective continuation of rota cover for all groups you will support the whole sector when required.
You will also produce performance and management information and provide administration and clerical support to the leadership team in the area.

A vacancy within the Cardiorespiratory CSU has become available for a motivated, dynamic, and resilient individual to join the Cardiology patient flow team. The successful individual will have had some experience of managing patient flow and/or patient placement at Band 5 or Band 6 level. The individual should be able to problem solve effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is reliable with good communication skills. Cardiology knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial to the candidate.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe patient placement at the LGI site, this will include patients from Cardiology, Cardiac surgery, and the Regional Coronary Care Unit. The candidate will also support the flow through L14 Cardiology day case and the Cath labs. The candidate will help to support the ward teams, discharge team and the CSU Leader on point to achieve timely patient flow from ED, placement of elective Cardiac surgery cases and move patients from Adult Critical Care CSU in a timely manner. This is a part-time post of 21 hours per week.

The Digital Implementation Lead is a key member of the Division's Digital Team and will work with all groups across the Division to develop a culture that sustains excellence in the successful delivery of Digital projects.

We are a specialist NHS Foundation Trust that provides community, mental health and learning disability services for the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield. We also provide low and medium secure services and are the lead for the west Yorkshire secure provider collaborative.
