We are a well-established GP practice located in Sedgley, Dudley, proudly serving a population of over 8,250 patients. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and continuously improving our services. We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and organised individual to join our reception and admin team.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients playing a vital role in providing friendly and efficient service both face-to-face and over the phone. As well as supporting our back office administration team

Job summary
This role is for a qualified and experienced Healthcare assistant (HCA)
The role is for 16 hours per week on Mondays and Fridays.
The successful applicant will see patients within their own clinics at our GP Practice in Headingley, Leeds LS6 2AF
Main duties of the job
The role will include the following :
- Administrative HCA duties including maintaining accurate records and safety checking to ensure patients requiring ACR and repeat bloods are contacted and booked in for appointments incuding follow ups.
-- To undertake all duties in line with the training and instruction given by the practice nurses and general practitioners and undertake allocated tasks to agreed protocols.
-urinalysis,phlebotomy and preperation of specimens for investigation by the pathology laboratory
Administering B12 injections
Home visits
Undertaking Health checks for patients with long term conditions
Measuring and recording following physiological measurements in routine preparations :
blood pressure/pulse rate and rhythm/height and weight body mass index/venepuncture/ ECG/ basic wound care/blood sugar readings/ assistance at coil clinics
- Support to the Clinical Team
- Collection of clinical waste, ensuring appropriate storage prior to disposal
- On-going cleaning and sterilisation of clinical equipment and working surfaces.
Experience:- Previous HCA experience in a healthcare setting .- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Compassionate and empathetic nature- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Job summary
The Care Home Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will operate as an autonomous, independent and highly skilled clinician within the Primary Care Network. Who will manage the day-to-day operations of the Care Home team which covers both reactive care and proactive care for residents living within care home settings. The post holder will predominantly provide rapid assessment and treatment of unwell residents and provide clinical and management support as required to the proactive side of the team.
Main duties of the job
Using advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and independent prescribing skills, the ACP will assess, diagnose, treat and manage residents with acute, chronic and complex needs, supporting admission avoidance and high-quality care closer to home. The ACP will provide strategic clinical leadership across the care home service and contribute to service transformation.
The ACP will provide expert clinical decision making for undifferentiated presentations, lead complex case management, review high acuity patients with complex needs and support end-of-life care, and work collaboratively with GP practices, community teams and care home providers to improve outcomes for residents, reduce avoidable hospital admissions and facilitate care closer to home.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
Wellbeing Suffolk service is a NHS Talking Therapies programme, providing primary care assessment, advice and psychological interventions to people in Suffolk, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. Interventions are delivered both face to face and remotely through telephone and video call.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Step 3 Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience of delivering CBT, to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical supervision (including case management) to Step 3 clinicians, ensuring supervisees work safely and professionally, adhering to NICE guidelines and professional/service guidance.
Applicants must hold full accreditation with the BABCP and will have experience of offering clinical supervision to other therapists.
This is a permanent position and due to service need, we are looking for full time hours. The service has sites in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. There will be an expectation of both working from service sites and home working.
Main duties of the job
As part of the role you will be involved in assisting the clinical leadership team in supporting and developing the High Intensity part of the service and helping the service achieve its required key performance indicators.
You will also be responsible for your own, small caseload. Providing assessment and treatment for people presenting with common mental health problems, within the NHS Talking Therapies framework.
This service is delivered via a partnership between Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and third sector providers. We deliver a bio-psychosocial model which includes psychological, employment and social interventions across the county. Our treatments are delivered face to face, by telephone or MS Teams video call and online via webinars.

This fellowship provides an outstanding opportunity for a motivated obstetric trainee or equivalent-grade doctor seeking to develop a career in academic obstetrics, maternal medicine and applied artificial intelligence in healthcare.

The post combines protected academic research time (50%) with clinical training and service provision in obstetrics (50%).The successful candidate will undertake a higher degree (MD) through Keele University, supervised by Professor William Parry-Smith and supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team of clinicians, data scientists, statisticians and implementation researchers.The fellowship focuses on the validation and implementation, an artificial intelligence-supported clinical decision tool designed to improve risk prediction and management of women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, particularly pre-eclampsia.The project is being undertaken in collaboration with leading national academic partners including King's College London and the University of Strathclyde.

Job summary
The Molecular Diagnostics department is looking for an Administrative Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Molecular Diagnostics Department to facilitate the timely provision of diagnostic services ensuring procedures in relation to donors and patients are carried out to the highest possible standard.
You will work as an active team member assisting with a comprehensive range of administrative duties/procedures as dictated by the workload of the Department.
You will be required to communicate with the general public, other NHSBT departments and external contacts as required, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and ensuring that information relating to patients and donors is kept in a manner in accordance with NHSBT policies & procedures.
We can offer both full-time and part-time hours between Monday to Saturday, 07:00-18:00. Saturday working is preferred, and the successful candidate may be required to provide occasional Saturday cover depending on service needs etc. with reasonable notice (exact working hours to be discussed with the successful candidates).
Main duties of the job
In this role you will be required to:
- Spend the majority of your time undertaking sample receipt and data entry within a team environment
- Work as an active team member assisting with a comprehensive range of administrative duties/procedures as dictated by the workload of the Department
- Communicate with the general public, other NHSBT departments and external contacts as required
- Always maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that information relating to patients and donors is kept in a manner in accordance with NHSBT policies & procedures
- Receive and make telephone calls
- Occasionally deal with queries and requests for information from members of the public
- Maintain manual and electronic filing systems
- Undertake general office duties for example photocopying and scanning documents, minute taking
