This is a really exciting time to join our newly established outpatient pharmacy service 'Newcastle Pharmacy Services'. We provide an outpatient dispensing service to the patients of The Newcastle upon Hospitals NHS Trust. We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast paced, energetic and friendly environment who are keen to develop themselves and the service.
Full Time 37.5 Hours/Week working Monday -Friday shifts 08:30 - 18:00. (shifts to be confirmed) - Part Time Hours Considered
Trustwide. Base at Freeman but expected to cover shifts at both sites when required.
Annual Leave - 27 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
Pension: Nest Pension Scheme; 5% employee contribution and 3 % employers contribution
Pay Date: 28th of the month

The main responsibilities of the role are maintaining levels of cleanliness throughout a designated area, and provide a catering service on the wards.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Ensuring that the ward/area you are assigned to is cleaned in accordance with the work schedule for that area. This will include lifting items and operating cleaning machinery, some of which is industrial standard
- Undertaking specialist cleaning as required under the guidance of the Facilities Supervisor and/or Nurse in Charge and/or Infection Prevention Department
- Assisting with the distribution of meals to wards
- Plating up of meals, ensuring the dietary requirements of patients are met
- Making and distributing hot drinks and cleaning and refilling water jugs

Job summary
North West Ambulance Service is looking to recruit a part-time, permanent Rostering.
Coordinator based in Carlisle, as part of the Cumbria and Lancashire Area Rostering Team.
Main duties of the job
You will have responsibility for resource planning ambulances and rapid responsevehicles, by the advanced allocation of daily shifts for operational ambulance personnel ensuring effective cover of all resources.
Facilitating short notice cover for absences, which can occur with less than 24 hours' notice, using overtime and bank colleagues.
The management, maintaining and recording of staff hours/shifts on to the global rostering system including planned shift hours, overtime, annual leave, requests for special leave, sickness absence and training.
You will be required to work in partnership with the other rostering co-ordinators sector administration officer and Senior Paramedic team in the sector to ensure cover for all contingencies as required.
To ensure effective continuation of rota cover for all groups you will support the whole sector when required.
You will also produce performance and management information and provide administration and clerical support to the leadership team in the area.

Job summary
A vacancy within the Cardiorespiratory CSU has become available for a motivated, dynamic, and resilient individual to join the Cardiology patient flow team. The successful individual will have had some experience of managing patient flow and/or patient placement at Band 5 or Band 6 level. The individual should be able to problem solve effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is reliable with good communication skills. Cardiology knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial to the candidate.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe patient placement at the LGI site, this will include patients from Cardiology, Cardiac surgery, and the Regional Coronary Care Unit. The candidate will also support the flow through L14 Cardiology day case and the Cath labs. The candidate will help to support the ward teams, discharge team and the CSU Leader on point to achieve timely patient flow from ED, placement of elective Cardiac surgery cases and move patients from Adult Critical Care CSU in a timely manner. This is a part-time post of 21 hours per week.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering food trollies to the ward areas.
- Using ovens to regenerate food.
- Keeping the kitchen areas clean.
- Monitoring food temperatures as part of HACCP.
- Washing up and other general cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate will have catering experience, be fantastic with customers, a good team player and able to work on their own unsupervised. Full training will also be provided. Enhanced rates apply when working at the weekend.

Job summary
The Digital Implementation Lead is a key member of the Division's Digital Team and will work with all groups across the Division to develop a culture that sustains excellence in the successful delivery of Digital projects.

Job summary
As an Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist you will use your expert palliative care skills and highly experienced clinical judgement to contribute to the excellent evidence-based specialist treatment and care the charity provides to patients with complex life-limiting illnesses. Job summary
We are looking to recruit one full time or part time fixed term (12 mths) administrator into the Specialised PD Probation Service at AWP. Specialised PD, otherwise known as OPD, is a large, community based, multidisciplinary team that has developed innovative approaches to working with high-risk offenders with Personality Disorders. These service users are seen by the National Probation Service in Avon, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire and OPD covers the caseload within these areas.
As a service we cover Probation Offices based in Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Swindon, Chippenham, Salisbury, Gloucester, and Cheltenham. In addition, we cover 3 Male & 1 Female Approved Premises in Bristol, and 1 Male Approved Premises in Gloucester.

Main duties of the job
To support the clinical delivery of community OPD by completing, supporting, and advising on administrative processes including the processing of service user contact forms, diary management, booking of consultations and clinical meetings, sending of letters to service users, updating spreadsheets and NHS and Probation Service specific patient record systems, minute taking, and attendance to a range of meetings.
The post will include working effectively within the admin team which has central cover of all geographical locations of OPD. All administration roles are supported through line management from the administration or operational lead(s).
We support a hybrid working model where we encourage staff to work from home 40% of the working week, and in an office space for 60% of their working week. Each staff member has an allocated geographical area with a central office in that area. Job summary
As a Construction Programme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering construction projects that support NHS Blood and Transplants vital services across the UK. You will lead the design, planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of building projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams and senior leaders, you will develop practical estate solutions that support organisational priorities while minimising operational disruption. You will provide expert construction advice, manage project budgets, oversee project managers, and drive continuous improvement across services and processes. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on healthcare infrastructure that helps NHSBT save and improve lives every day.
The role will primarily support our northern sites particularly Manchester and Newcastle with the successful candidate based at one of our centres in Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester or Barnsley. The role offers the opportunity to work across a range of locations and will involve travel across the UK as required including for team meetings, training and to support work where needed. As the role wont always be based within the northern region flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of construction projects across the NHS Blood and Transplant estate.
- Work with stakeholders, project initiators and project managers to define project goals and deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage projects from inception through to completion, handover and post-project review, ensuring compliance with legislation, governance requirements and organisational standards.
- Deliver high-quality construction solutions that meet customer needs while minimising risk and operational disruption.
- Provide expert construction and building advice to colleagues across Estates & Facilities and the wider organisation.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of construction services, standards and working practices.

From 6 April 2017, skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, have had to present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years.
