Devon Square Surgery is seeking a Medical Administrator to join our team of dedicated, patient-focused professionals. A comprehensive training package is provided for new employees.
Working hours will be fixed across between 3 to 5 days depending on full or part time requirement, and will include either one early or one late shift. In addition, flexibility in working hours will be required to work to cover staff absences/leave occasionally.
Applicants must have excellent customer service, administration, and IT skills. A systematic and accurate approach to clerical work is also essential for this role.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role are to:
Provide a professional, warm, and friendly reception and phone manner that is sensitive to patient circumstances.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Present a professional and smart appearance to patients.
Use own initiative and prioritise workloads according to patient and practice needs.

Devon Square Surgery is a well-established and popular primary care provider, with a list of approximately 9,600 patients. The practice is highly regarded for its approaches to collaborative working, training & teaching and personal development of its workforce. The successful candidate will work alongside a strong administrative & reception team, six doctors (four GP partners and two salaried GPs), a practice nursing team, and other healthcare professionals from the PCN, Intermediate Care teams and Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust.

An opportunity has arisen within the Planned Care Division for a MedicalSecretary. The post holder will work in the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department within The Countess of Chester Hospital. In this role the post holder will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Consultants and wider team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide a high standard of audio typing / clerical support. The successful candidate must be able to work using their own initiative, but also as part of a team.
Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential for this role, along with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Organisational skills are also essential. Consultant diaries and associated clinical activity must be kept up to date to ensure the service we provide to our patients runs smoothly and efficiently.
A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be given in the use of Medisec and EPR+ software. Knowledge of medical terminology also would be an advantage
Main duties of the job
You will contribute and commit to promoting a positive team-based attitude, striving for the highest standards of service and achieving excellence by providing a comprehensive secretarial service and administration support to the Team.
You will be expected to work with minimum supervision but within a close-knit team. All work must be carried out in a timely and accurate manner, with confidentiality being maintained at all times.
Some of the main duties of the job include organising the clinical diaries, typing clinic letters and arranging clinic appointments, all whilst maintaining the highest standard of care.

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the People Team at GPS Healthcare and support the delivery of a professional, efficient and responsive HR service across the organisation.
This is a varied role providing high-quality administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leavers, payroll updates, compliance checks, employee records and HR systems. It is a very exciting time to be joining Oak Ward, Low Secure Learning Disability and Autism Ward. The role of the Speech and Language therapist on Oak Ward focuses on providing assessments and interventions to promote communication and inclusion, and safe eating and drinking amongst people who have a mental health diagnosis and learning disabilities and/or autism.
We are looking for someone who will work holistically with Learning Disability and Autism service users to ensure excellent patient-centred care, aiming towards a safe discharge into the community. We would like staff who are passionate about Learning Disabilities and Autism as well as an interest or experience in mental health services and/ or forensic mental health.
Main duties of the job
The speech and language therapist will be instrumental in ensuring service user's physical health is optimised and that they can benefit from the available treatment options, they will also use a total communication approach to ensure the service users voice is represented in all stages of the service user journey.
The speech and language therapist will plan and implement individual and/or group interventions collaboratively, to enable service user to achieve valued goals. A main part of the work on the ward will also include risk assessment and planning with the MDT. The post also offers an opportunity to develop managerial skills, we would ensure that you receive the relevant training and support when you join the team as required.
The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt these skills as appropriate to situation. The speech and language therapist will independently manage a clinical caseload of service user with complex mental health needs.

This is a great opportunity to expand our step 2 team and recruit a Qualified PWP. We would welcome you to join our successful and dynamic Talking Therapies service, with lots of innovation and service development projects to get involved in.
This is a hybrid post of both remote and office-based working.
You will be based in Surbiton, a short walk away from the station, and will join a team of lively and friendly Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
Alongside high and low intensity CBT interventions, the service also provides step 2 and 3 groups, as well relational therapies such as DIT and IPT, and Behavioural Couples Therapy. We also work alongside our Primary Care Mental Health Team which includes Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists and Mental Health Nurses. We offer good quality, weekly case management supervision, as well as fortnightly clinical skills sessions and workshops, facilitated by either step 3 clinicians, or led by peers.
We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners who have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with people with mental health problems. A commitment to clinical excellence is vital, and we welcome candidates that can work confidently, flexibly and autonomously.

The successful applicants will work within the multidisciplinary establishment with outpatient gastroenterology clinics and endoscopy lists at both the Barnet Hospital and Chase Farm Hospital. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our CAT Team on a secondment as Clinical nurse specialist.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will provide high-quality, patient-centred specialist cancer nursing care within the CAT Team, working as part of the multidisciplinary team to support patients across the cancer pathway from diagnosis through treatment, follow-up and ongoing care.
The post holder will act as a key point of contact for patients and carers, offering expert clinical advice, coordination of care and emotional support, while ensuring care is delivered in line with national cancer standards, NICE guidance and Trust policies. The role contributes to timely pathway coordination, MDT working, and the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate cancer services.
Working 22.5 hours per week, the CNS will manage a defined caseload, undertake nurse-led clinics and patient reviews, support outpatient and MDT activity, and work collaboratively with medical, allied health and support staff to optimise patient outcomes and experience. The role is integral to maintaining service quality, continuity of care, and meeting operational and performance requirements within the CAT Team.

The Family Support Worker will work as part of an integrated team here in North Lincolnshire contributing to family health needs assessment. Working with families, children and young people age 0-19 (25 SEND) years. Job summary
PELC is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner with independent prescribing to work with us across our sites. You will deliver face-to-face services, enabling patients to obtain health information from the appropriate health care professional. You will be accountable for your practice including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention to provide high-quality support for professional practice within the organization.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an experienced caring nurse/practitioner who can demonstrate highly developed clinical skills and be able to demonstrate critical thinking whilst working within their professional boundaries. You will work within a clinical team consisting of GPs, UCPs, Nurse Streamers and HCA to deliver excellent care services within our UTC. You will be able to demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and deliver expert care, including assessment, diagnostic skills, treatment and evaluation. You will communicate at all levels across boundaries and work closely with wider clinical team members. Job summary
PENDING RC APPROVAL
This Oncology Consultant post will be based at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW and South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust (SWUFT). The appointee will work in site specific local and specialist MDTs at UHCW and SWUFT.
The appointee will work with site specific local and specialist MDTs for Head and Neck cancers at UHCW and Breast cancers at SWUFT. The typical new patient caseload is expected to be on average 5 per week in a 10PA job plan, and up to 210 per annum based on 42 working weeks of routine work (excluding leave and on-call).
The role is supported by a dedicated CNS team. You will be expected to support the Acute Oncology Service and the Oncology ward in-patient care, as necessary on working days. Patients will be treated in the Arden Cancer Centre on the UHCW site and Rugby St. Cross Hospital. SWUFT patients are treated in the Aylesford unit at Warwick hospital and the Rigby unit at Stratford hospital.
Main duties of the job
The post is required to support the site-specialist consultant led service including facilities for inpatients and outpatients, a dedicated chemotherapy suite and radiotherapy facilities. In addition, there is an integrated Oncology Clinical Trials Centre and the department is currently developing its Medical Oncology team. The post holder will be expected to provide cross cover for MDTs (videoconferencing is available) and to liaise with the Acute Physicians/Emergency department as part of the supporting the Acute Nurse Led Oncology Service.
You will be joining a team of 22 Clinical Oncologists and 4 Medical Oncologists at UHCW Cancer Centre, serving UHCW and the adjoining Cancer Units at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWUFT), George Eliot Hospital (GEH), Stratford Rigby Unit and Rugby Maple Unit.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cardiorespiratory Team for Receptionist Administrator. You will be required to work Monday to Friday working 08:00 to 16:00 and/or 09:00 to 17:00 in CardioRespiratory or Chest Pain Unit.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication & problem solving skills looking to develop into the role. You will require high levels of tact and diplomacy with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively . You will be working alongside a number of receptionist administrators, consultants and various other clinical staff covering a wide range of receptionist and clerical duties to include managing patient calls and queries, clinic preparation, appointment scheduling.
